NexGen Biobanking announces the appointment of Nadia Lelutiu, MS, MBA as Director of Scientific Operations
Andrew Pazahanick, Managing Partner of NexGen Biobanking LLC in Norcross, GA is pleased to announce the hiring of Nadia Lelutiu as Director of Scientific Operations, effective December 2025.
In this role, Ms. Lelutiu will lead scientific and laboratory operations across NexGen’s biobanking services, focusing on quality, scalability, regulatory alignment, and client support. She brings extensive experience in scientific research administration and operational leadership, having supported complex research programs in collaboration with world-renowned investigators, laboratories, and institutional partners.
Ms. Lelutiu has held senior leadership roles in academic research environments and is an author on 12 scientific publications. Her background includes collaborative drug discovery research and oversight of several multi-million-dollar research awards.
NexGen also recognizes Dr. Gabriela Bout Denning, who previously served as Director of Scientific Operations and played a foundational role in the company’s scientific and operational growth. Dr. Bout Denning will continue the Advisory Board of Directors, providing strategic guidance during this next phase of growth.
